Johanne Balayon

Johanne will work directly with the Talent Development team to support all events within the Student Entrepreneurship Program. As a 4th-year Sociology student, Johanne’s passion for event coordination stems from her upbringing in a family that cherished hosting and gathering with loved ones. With her deep understanding of societal dynamics, she deeply values how strong relationships can create lasting, meaningful connections.

Beyond the classroom, Johanne is an active member of Toronto Metropolitan University’s TMUKPOP group, where she serves as a dance executive. Whether it’s Pop or RnB, Johanne finds confidence and self-expression when her favourite music plays, allowing her creativity to shine.
