Natalka Falcomer

Natalka is a real estate executive and proptech strategist with a background in law and a passion for simplifying one of life’s most complex experiences: homeownership. Currently, she serves as the Chief Real Estate Officer at Houseful, where she helps steer product strategy, regulatory alignment, and go-to-market execution as the company builds Canada’s most complete homeownership platform.  She has founded and scaled a legal-tech company, advised proptech startups through NAR REACH, and led platform growth for OJO, a company later acquired by RBCx.

At DMZ, Natalka focuses on helping startups in the real estate and housing space accelerate product-market fit, navigate regulatory complexities, and scale product-led growth strategies that are grounded in both consumer and market realities. What drives her is connecting the dots between legal constraints, consumer behaviour, and business opportunity, especially in industries like real estate, where trust and innovation don’t always play well together. She is also a contributor to Real Estate Magazine, where she writes on proptech trends and legal issues impacting the housing sector.
